It has been all rain and no sunshine here in NYC, so I thought I would dip into my archives and highlight some of my past wellie boot looks – as well as highlight some of my current rain gear favorites! As you can see, Hunter have always been my go-to boots. Personally, I prefer the original high gloss boots, and find them to be low maintenance and keep their color just a bit longer than the original. I also recently purchased these Sorel waterproof boots and absolutely love them. They have great traction and are surprisingly comfortable for long walks.

To compliment any rainy day outfit I am always on the hunt for a feminine umbrella and the perfect boot sock. I was elated when I found this pastel rainbow umbrella this week! It will surely be on repeat throughout the season. When it comes to the perfect boot sock I love a great wool over-the-knee pair. Sadly, Madewell no longer makes my favorite ones, but I have found this pair and this pair to be great alternatives!
