AP X FEED // ANNOUNCING THE BLAIR BAG

I’m excited to announce a new product collaboration with FEED.

Ten years ago, my friend Lauren started FEED with the simple idea of creating products that would engage people in the fight against hunger in a tangible way. Read more about Lauren and her story here. To this day, every FEED product has a number stamped on it that signifies the amount of meals that are provided with its purchase. Ten years later, I’m thrilled to be in partnership with FEED to design my own bag (The Blair Bag!) to help raise awareness, give back, and provide meals to those in need. Being a New Yorker myself, and working alongside a New York based brand, Lauren and I thought it would be incredible to give back right here in our own backyard. So, we are thrilled to announce that we will be donating the meals from the sales of ‘The Blair Bag’ to the Food Bank For New York City, the city’s largest hunger-relief organization. The Food Bank has been working tirelessly for more than 30 years to end food poverty in the five boroughs, and I am immensely proud to be a partner in their cause.

The bag was designed with fashion and function in mind. Developed in a beautiful vegetable-tanned leather that can be both dressed up and dressed down, this bag was made for all occasions. I personally love a great top handle bag, but knowing it isn’t the easiest for on-the-go we added a removable and adjustable cross-body strap. For extra ease, a large back slit pocket was added for your phone, credit cards or anything else you may want easily accessible! Heading into Fall, I wanted an on-trend palette that is both wear now and wear forward. The brick is a personal favorite – it is beautiful back to denim or a dark floral print and has a subtle 70s vibe that I am gravitating toward for the upcoming season.
