FALL COAT WEEK // SÉZANE
I discovered the brand Sézane a few years ago and instantly fell in love. The fabulously French label creates amazing and original designs focusing on fabric, quality, and fit, and, until now, had delivered their offering in the United States entirely online. I’m ecstatic to announce that the brand is opening their first store outside of Paris, deemed L’Appartement New York, right here in the heart of Manhattan. I will be partnering with the brand in a much bigger way in the months ahead, including hosting an opening party at their newest store location this October!
As this is coat week on the site, I must begin with a round up of my favorite outerwear pieces from their Fall collection.
One // Absolutely adore this coat that comes in both a feminine pink and the perfect grey (I have been eyeing the grey so don’t be surprised if you see it pop up on the blog soon). It is the quintessential transitional piece.
Two // This is the coat I am wearing in my outfit post today – it is a great mix of laid-back-cool and tailored. It’s oh-so-versatile and just as easily dressed up as it is dressed down.
Three // Leopard is practically a neutral color today, and this coat fits the bill being the perfect shape.
Four // As mentioned yesterday here, I am never one to shy away from color. This new mustard piece for Fall is everything and goes so well with all things 70s including flared denim, fem blouses, and retro booties (like these).
Outside of these gorgeous coats, Sézane also carries so many amazing pieces including shoes (I own several pairs of these as seen here and here), denim (just launched this year), and their newest timeless edit of basics called ‘la liste’ (this piece has to be my favorite). A word to the wise, their pieces sell out quickly (like, lightning fast) so don’t hesitate if you see something you love!
