SPRING DRESS WEEK // EMBELLISHED DRESSES

Kicking of Spring Dress Week on Edit & Etc. with a look at embellished dresses! ASOS has always been my go-to retailer for finding incredible embellished and embroidered pieces at affordable prices. One of my all time favorite embellished dresses remains this one from way back in 2014! I find embellished dresses (outside of the white options) are the perfect solution for spring wedding attire as they require minimal accessories and subtle shoes (that you most likely already own).

ASOS can often be a bit overwhelming, but I have found shopping by category on the site makes it so much easier. Most of these dresses came from the new ASOS EDITION category. ASOS WHITE is great for more minimal, yet edgy pieces. I also like shopping ‘prom dresses’ (sounds odd, but by searching prom dresses typically brings up more of the beautiful occasion wear they have on the site) as well as the label ‘Chi Chi London’ for year round fem options. If you have never shopped ASOS I would also say most items run a bit small. I am typically a 0 in J.Crew but a US size 4 in ASOS. Another ASOS trick – if something is sold out on the US site it is often still available on UK site!
