Spring romance is in the air! This season I am loving the return of the feminine blouse. Lace details, flattering smocking, billowy sleeves, and square cut necklines make this trend more interesting than ever. While I wore this top back to a skirt here, I am loving these more detailed tops back to classic straight leg jeans and easy block heel slides. Add a hat, floral earrings, and a basket or bucket bag, and you have the ultimate spring weekend look. This top, which is one of my favorites of the mix, actually has a matching pair of white lace pants – and you know how much I love a great matchy-matchy look!

I am also loving the range of coverages. If you aren’t afraid to bare more skin, a cropped more romantic low cut top may be in the cards, but if you are a little more like me (don’t mind a hint of skin but are just more comfortable covered), there are plenty of options that include a longer sleeve, the perfect torso length, and a cut that is not too low.
