No. 118 // DESIGNER HANDBAGS
THROWBACK //
Lately, I’ve had Paris on my mind! With a light travel schedule over the next few weeks – outside of a quick trip to the west coast – I think it may be time to plot my next trip!
Question: What are your favorite designer handbags?
Answer: To be honest, I haven’t been as enamored with designer handbags of late. I have been leaning towards newer more affordable handbag lines such as simon miller, staud, and the volon. That being said, Chanel is a favorite of mine, and to me, will continue to hold its value as the most classic handbag. I tend to look to brands that not only have recognizable logos, but also signature shapes. I love my classic single flap as well as my double flap and will probably never let them go. I also love Gucci, but as the house has gone more trend driven, the bags do not feel like long term investment pieces to me (but trust me I still love so many of them). When it comes to designer bags, everything depends on your budget and how timeless you would like to go!

The floral skirt in the throwback post above was a Fendi jacquard skirt that I scored on serious sale. I recently saw this one and love the dark florals and tulle – perfect for fall!
