THE SIX BEAUTY PRODUCTS I AM TRYING FOR FALL
I always love to try new beauty products, particularly when the seasons begin to change. Below are the six new products that I’ll be trying out over the new few weeks…
one // I have pretty fine, short lashes so a mascara that creates volume and length is super important to me. For a while I was getting lash extensions, but they further ruined my natural lashes, so I stopped after about a year. The new NARS Climax mascara has been getting quite a bit of buzz and I can’t wait to try it.
two // Summer Fridays has been one of the most talked about products of 2018. I do love their jet lag mask and I can’t wait to try their newest creation- the overtime mask. This mask is different, unlike jet lag, as it is a wash off mask. It is already bringing in rave reviews, and with pumpkin being one of the top ingredients, it makes my basic heart sing.
three // BeautyBlender is known for their sponges and application tools, so I was intrigued when they announced the release of a new foundation. The initial reaction has been a bit mixed, so I think I will have to try it for myself! Full transparency – I typically don’t wear foundation, instead I opt for BB cream or simply use Flawless Filter as my base, so this product may not be for me. We will see!
four // I know, I know, I am like 18 months behind the trend, but I still don’t own a jade roller. I have finally caved to the endless instagram story videos and posts, and will be buying and trying one for myself!
five // A change of season always seems like the perfect transitional time to test a new scent. This Tom Ford bottle caught my eye (I know, I am a marketers dream come true. I really do get drawn in by colors, bottles, etc.) and I love a great cherry scent, so I purchased this despite the $$$ price tag. Review coming shortly!
six // I have just started regularly using masks, and while doing some research, this product continued to come up again and again. It claims to help your current products be even more effective by locking in moisture evenly across your face. It can be used over and over, so at the $30 price point, it feels like a safe investment, particularly if you are investing in expensive creams and masks!
