SUMMER BEAUTY UPDATE // SEPHORA

I can’t believe it is almost May – somehow summer is right around the corner! As I’ve mentioned in the past, I try to use the beginning of each season as an excuse to test new beauty products and tinker with my daytime and nighttime routines. Earlier this week I experimented with this new-to-me hair moisture mask, this skin serum, and this face oil. I took some time to stock up on my tried and true favorites from Charlotte Tilbury and Drunk Elephant, and also picked up two new summer scents at Sephora, both from Jo Malone London. OLAPEX – No. 8 Bond Intense Moisture Mask //
I love testing new hair masks and am constantly adding new ones into my rotation. I just picked up this Olapex moisture mask and it has made such a difference – specifically when it comes to my flyaways and split ends! It’s perfect for adding moisture without the weight. I have also been using this dae Cactus Flower Leave in Conditioner for extra hydration, heat protection, and added shine!
SUNDAY RILEY – Good Genes All-in-One Lactic Acid Treatment //
I recently started applying this product before my daily moisturizer and have noticed that my skin tone is much more even and I have a nice healthy glow! This AHA serum helps to target wrinkles and dark spots so you’ll be summer skin ready in no time!
COOLA – Classic Sunscreen Spray SPF 50 //
Sunscreen is a summer beauty necessity. Non-aerosol sunscreens are pretty much all I use on my body as they are no mess and apply evenly. I love Coola SPF 50 as it is completely water-resistant, greaseless, and fragrance free. In fact, this is my second bottle, and I know it won’t be my last!
CHARLOTTE TILBURY – Flawless Finish Setting Powder //
Charlottle Tilbury is talked about again and again here – and for good reason! I absolutely love all of their products. I recently replenished my Magic Cream, Flawless Filter, and Finish Setting Powder. This ultra-fine setting powder is a must have for me while down in the Florida heat as it doesn’t cake or sit in lines!
CHARLOTTE TILBURY – Mini Filmstar Bronze and Glo Contour Duo //
Speaking of Charlotte Tilbury, the brand released a limited-edition travel sized option of my favorite contour and highlighter duo. Call me *hopeful* but I purchased this with the intent of actually taking a trip this year…so fingers crossed!
DRUNK ELEPHANT – Virgin Marula Luxury Face Oil //
Facial oil has always been a big part of my nighttime routine. This Drunk Elephant face oil has been a favorite since last year and I just recently had to replenish it for the first time! It is chemical and fragrance free and keeps my skin moisturized and nourished at night allowing me to wake up fresh!
DRUNK ELEPHANT – C-Firma Day Serum //
Another Drunk Elephant love is the C-Firma Vitamin C Day Serum. I like to switch up what I apply prior to using my Magic Cream and this serum (as well as the Sunday Riley Good Genes treatment) are two of my current summer beauty favorites.
JO MALONE LONDON – Red Hibiscus Cologne //
Every season I love trying a new scent for a fresh start. Jo Malone makes the dreamiest combinations and this Red Hibiscus scent is part of the London Blossom’s Collection, which is inspired by the tropical paradise of Hawaii. The Red Hibiscus bottle features a warm floral scent with hints of jasmine sambac and vanilla. I also loved the Yellow Hibiscus bottle, which is a bit fresher and fruitier.
