Let’s chat about some new styles that are elevated, minimal, and perfect for high summer. I haven’t had a monochromatic moment in some time, but when I saw all the beautiful, neutral hues in the Michael Kors new arrivals section, I knew I wanted to create this chic, taupe look. There are also hints of snake, straw, and bright whites that suit every summer need from happy hour in manhattan to weekends in the Hamptons to a quick trip to Miami. The bucket hat is the summer hat of 2025 and I love how this brim is flexible and can be styled up or down.
These slightly longer length shorts combined with the pleating detail are giving ‘old money style’ vibes. These are perfect back to a striped tee or an oversized button down.
THE ONLY SUMMER SANDAL YOU NEED
I am wearing the suede version above and I think I will be going back for the black or light creme in this Irene sandal. I love the strappy, yet substantial upper and the fact that the shoe is so incredibly comfortable.
Snake is trending and the perfect material that can transition seamlessly from summer to fall. This bag is a great example of a solid investment you can enjoy now but wear deep into the cooler months back to jewel tone velvets or a classic black wool coat.
I have a bit of a blazer problem. I find them to be the style in my closet I tend to grab the most – no matter the time of year. How cool is this off white denim take on the silhouette?!
If you don’t have a straw tote…you need one. I love how versatile this Michael Kors take on the tote is. Big enough to be a casual, everyday staple, while the more elevated straps and gold hardware make it a style that can venture out for date night.
