WHY HELLO // ANTHROPOLOGIE SPRING FAVORITES
Have you seen the newest arrivals from Anthropologie? There are so many amazing pieces for spring! Highlighting a few of my favorites below…
white lace dress // red bag // earrings // tote bag // floral dress
I spoke at length a few weeks ago on the perfect little white dresses for spring (see that post here), and this all-over lace column dress is no exception. The contrasting bow-tied straps are an elegant touch that brings it a bit more into the formal category, but I’m not complaining! This stunning garden raffia crossbody bag will add texture to any spring look. I love the red (with red and pink florals) but there is also a black and white option that would match the lace dress beautifully. Statement earrings were high on my list for spring (full post here and edit here), and these gorgeous starfish drop earrings immediately caught my eye. The glass beadwork is exquisite and the turquoise hue is the perfect shade for spring. This handcrafted palm palmed tote bag is just the right level of understated. It’s a bit more subdued (not as colorful) in comparison to its counterparts in the market, making it so much more appropriate for different occasions. And if you are looking for the ultimate spring statement piece, this colorful embroidered midi dress should fit the bill! The flattering puffy sleeves and vibrant floral pattern place this firmly in the stunning category!
jumpsuit // pom pom bucket bag // striped bucket bag // jute slides // printed dress
Yellow shades are one of my colors for the season (post here) and I adore jumpsuits, making this piece from Anthropologie an easy pick! The elegant front bow and linen fabric are the only other details needed to make this a spring staple. Bucket bags are still all the rage – and another spring accessory pick of mine for this season. This is a similar take on the understated tote bag in the top collage, and a more simple and muted option to pair back to louder outfit choices. Speaking of bucket bags, how cute is this striped color blocked number? The nautical-with-a-twist color palette works perfectly back to your blue and white spring ensembles (and it’s currently under $40!) Haven’t had enough of bucket bags – check out a few posts on the subject from my spring series here and here. Perhaps my favorite item in this roundup…these pom-straped slides are to die for! The braided jute upper is stunning and so chic. And, *heart fluttering*, they are also available in a red suede with red and pink poms! And last but not least from Anthropologie, this lemon printed midi dress (with billowed sleeves) has me dreaming of a return trip to Capri…finding a matching yellow scooter and riding to Da Paolino for lunch and wine under the lemon trees!
