WHAT I AM PACKING FOR MEMORIAL DAY // VACATION STYLE
With Memorial Day right around the corner, and inspired by three of my style moods, I am rounding up some of my favorite items for the season! Whether you are jetting off somewhere special for the three day weekend, heading out on a road trip, or simply staying put with casual barbecue plans, the below picks should help you with packing for Memorial Day. I hope you all have a fun and relaxing few days!

IN THE MOOD FOR PREPPY CASUAL // Stripes, primary colors, and easy denim are the perfect combination for a preppy-yet-casual weekend look. When it comes to denim I will be packing these skinnies and this pair of overalls (no surprise here as these pieces have been Atlantic-Pacific all stars). For shoes, these and these anchor flats will be making the journey with me – no need for fancy heels. With cool nights still in the forecast, I am packing this light jacket and this one as well. For a dip in the lake I am bringing this happy one piece and probably bringing along this easy bag.

IN THE MOOD FOR TIMELESS CLASSICS // A neutral color palette, pearl details, and lady-like silhouettes are all of the necessary ingredients for timeless style. In my suitcase I have these incredibly chic shoes as well as these sling backs (that look far more expensive than they are). For a modern take on the LBD I am packing this and for a sweet polka dot moment I need this frock in my bag! Unexpected pearls at the pool? Count me in with these slides and this chic one piece.

IN THE MOOD FOR FEMME // In packing for Memorial Day, blush tones, floral prints, and ruffles for days are always constant themes for me. For easy outfitting, I am all about dresses back to summer sandals. This buttercup yellow dress, this easy floral piece and this precious printed midi make the perfect summer travel companions.
