NEUTRALS WITH A TWIST
Boots: Zara (I was eyeing these two toned boots but they were $$$ – happy I found a look for less) // Dress: ACLER (old, similar here) // Blazer: Avec Les Filles (bought during the Nordstrom Sale) // Turtleneck (worn over dress): Nordstrom // Earrings: Canned Ham Vintage // Bag: Gucci – love this new version (I bought this particular bag back in 2016 and still LOVE it).
Today: a neutrals with a twist moment here on Atlantic-Pacific! I have been talking a lot about basics and neutrals this month – as you can see here and here – but don’t worry, I’m not abandoning color anytime soon! The refresh and restart of the new year always has me thinking about wardrobe staples and basics and this year is no different. I just bought these two-tone western boots and had fun styling them this week. It got me thinking about the other not-so-neutral pieces that have me excited this month. Keep scrolling to see a few more of my neutrals with a twist favorites for January…
When I see a great fisherman cable sweater in stock you better believe I am going to feature it here. Bonus points: this one is on sale – and available in black! I also love this more fitted vee neck version.
TORTOISE CHUNKY CHAIN NECKLACE
A closet must have for me: great statement accessories. This necklace is a year round favorite of mine – I own it in every color!
This longer length boucle jacket is darling back to denim and ballet flats and this scarf. I am also eyeing this more cropped version.
I love a fun pair of sneakers – and this neutral color combo caught my eye. A few other shoes I am loving? These raffia flats for resort, these classic loafers, and these woven flats.
CONVERTIBLE QUILTED SHELL JACKET
Quilted coats make my heart sing (see more options here). They are functional while fashionable and this one is no exception. Plus, with the zip off sleeves, it easily converts to a chic oversized vest!
Mod is back and I am here for it. This lil swing dress is great for summer with these flats but can also be worn now with boots and layered with a turtleneck underneath!
I promise I will shut up about western boots soon! I am NOT allowed to buy any more after purchasing these last week. You can see more ways to style western boots right this way.
This resort bag is the perfect ‘easy beach style’ meets ‘elegant night out’ combination.
This dress has been on my list for quite some time – and I finally decided it was time to buy! I love the very deep square neckline, longer midi length, and bra-friendly top!
I simply adore these shoes (see me wearing them here), and they are finally on sale! Fun to wear with a cocktail dress but equally as easy to style with relaxed, cropped denim!
Last but certainly not least…a TULLE SKIRT! An ombre tiered showstopper that I simply need in my closet ASAP!
